Registration Information

• If possible, please register by September 9, 2011 to take advantage of the early registration discount (¥5000). Early registrations help a great deal in the planning process.
• Student registrants will be required to present their student identification cards when checking in at the conference.
• Conference fees include:
  • Conference Material
  • Excursion & Dinner
  We will prepare a receipt in your conference bag. Total amount of fees will be described in the receipt. We can itemize these items in the receipt according to your request. However, we are sorry but we cannot discount any items including excursion and dinner basically. Furthermore, we cannot refund any item even if you cannot attend this conference or any activity such as excursion and dinner. Please do not hesitate to send us any questions about registration details.
• Industry group registration is for three attendants from industrial companies, but with only one Excursion & Dinner ticket, which will be separately sold (please see below).
• Please Note: Any USD values shown are approximate, calculated using the latest bank rate.  Be advised that the actual amount that appears on your credit card statement may be greater than the amount shown below.
