Hotel Reservation Form

As the pre-registration deadline has now passed, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability or the special pricing for rooms that they had given us. 

In order to ensure security of your credit card information, please download the following hotel reservation form and fax the completed information to us at +41 22 372 83 58. Each person within a room must submit this form (i.e. both occupants of a double room).

Note: This fax is not to the hotel, but rather to the conference organizers, who then provide your information to the hotel. Likewise, faxing this form is not equivalent to a confirmed reservation. This will be done by the hotel to you via e-mail.
